Nose

The bouquet is that of spring fruits -black cherries, plums, raspberries, cassis and the perfumes of violet flowers.

Palate

The cabernet comes through with a full bodied mouth feel driven by rich black fruits, hints of vanilla and chocolate bean. Middle of the forrest grown oak makes the tannins and wine well balanced with an elegant finish.

Quartz gravel, sandy loam and non wettable sandy loam.

Winemaking

Basket press with secondary ferment in 100% French Oak Barriques for 24 months.
Minimal intervention when bottled

Aging

Drink by 2028.

Appearance

The Malbec has altered the colour to a deep purple red with a bright magenta trim.
