Tropical characters from the Sauvignon Blanc combine with
lifted lemon and fresh herb characters from Semillon,
create an enticing aroma that is delicately expressed and
retained on the palate with minerality and bright acidity.


The best parcels of fruit were harvested between 11 and 12 Baume.


Following gentle pressing, the juice was cold settled and racked. Following fermentation, the wine batches remained on fine lees in tank to build further complexity, palate texture, and weight.
