Nose

The nose is intense with lifted aromatics of citrus blossom, lemongrass and fresh

Palate

hay combined with tropical notes of guava, blackcurrant, pineapple and passionfruit. Juicy tropical
fruit flavours dominate the palate.

Winemaking

Individual parcels were fermented separately in stainless steel with selected
yeasts at cool temperatures to retain varietal aromatics. Extended contact with
light yeast lees prior to blending provides further complexity, texture and
palate length.

Appearance

Brilliant, pale straw with a youthful green hue
