Growing Conditions
The grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the early morning to retain the delicate flavour profile.
Harvest
The grapes were picked on March 1st.
Winemaking
Destemended, crushed, pressed then fermented in a stainless steel tank. The wine was bottled in July 2018 to ensure retention of the fresh fruit characteristics.
Aging
Enjoy now while young and fresh or may be cellared up to 4 years.
Appearance
Pale straw.
