Nose

The nose is plums, cherries, toffee & hints of the toasty oak.

Palate

A medium bodied easy drinking cabernet. The red fruites follow through to the palate with a velvet smooth initial mouth feel which tappers off through to the rear palate.

Quartz gravel, sandy loam and non- wettable sandy loam.

Winemaking

malolatic fermentation in barrel, aged for12 months in 100% French Oak Barriques. Minimal intervention when bottled.
