Nose
The nose is turkish delight, raspberry and roses.
Palate
The sweetness extends to your palate with the addition of strawberries but with a dry finish. The finish is a refreshing spritz that almost boarder lines a sparkling - serve chilled.
Growing Conditions
Black sandy loam over limestone.
Winemaking
The grapes are pressed in whole bunches without crushing keeping the skins intact. Fermentation in stainless steel with contact followed by cold stabilization. emphasis is on natural grape sweetness and low alcohol.
Aging
Best enjoyed young. Does not require cellaring.
Appearance
The colour is sparkling pink jelly crystals .
