Nose
The aromas of white nectarine, peach, grapefruit and tropical fruits.
Palate
The pallet is very lively and crisp with zesty citrus, a hint of pear and the fruit that has followed us from the bouquet. Well balanced acidity which ends with a firm mouth feel, great pallet length and a very clean finish. The grape’s sunny personality feels like you’re having summer in a glass.
Growing Conditions
7 tonne/hectare.Sandy loam over limestone, alluvial flats and quartz gravel.
Winemaking
Machine harvested at 1am to keep the berry’s supple. The Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel to keep the finish clean and fresh which this style is renowned for.
