Palate
A medium bodied easy drinking red, it is savory with soft chalky tannins and enticing pinches of zippy orange peel, cloves, curry leaf, fennel and exotic spices. Spicy plums dominate the palate.
Growing Conditions
Black sandy loam over limestone with a high ph.
Winemaking
12 months in barriques – 85% French Oak and 15% American Oak.
Minimal intervention when bottled.
Aging
Drink by 2025.
