Nose
with a nose to match it – very fruit driven with blackberries, red currants the baked plum tart backing another appearance, cassis and hints of cocoa powder underneath.
Palate
The cassis follows through onto the palate with a richness of mulberries, black cherries and plums. A generous rounded mouth feel with grippy tannins and length.

Quartz gravel, sandy loam and non wettable sandy loam.

Winemaking
Basket press with secondary ferment in 100% French Oak Barriques for 24 months.Minimal intervention when bottled.
Aging
Drink by 2025.
