Winemaking
Ten months stirred on lees in French Oak Barriques. 15% parcel of Semillon kept on gas and blended back in tank with the barrel aged wine prior to bottling. Thus ensuring the integration of the fresh fruit flavours with the barrel aged Semillon.
Aging
Drink by 2025.
