Nose

Full of fragrant red berry fruits, complemented with a soft vanillin toasty oak aromas.

Palate

Medium bodied with lovely easy soft velvety mouth fill. A stack of ripe 100% red berries and blackcurrant fruit.
This wine shows that Cabernet Sauvignon can Cabernet Sauvignon be an excellent drinking young wine delivering excellent fruit flavors and persistent length.

Winemaking

Grapes are picked as cold as possible and gently crushed. Fermentation is carried out in small temperature controlled stainless steel open fermenters.
Maceration lasts for about 10 - 12 days. This is followed by malo-lactic fermentation and once completed, by oak maturation, in French and American oak classic barriques.

Appearance

Typical dark ruby red.

Food Pairing

Good accompaniment to any food, but ideal with red meat.
To fully enjoy the flavors of this wine, let it breathe for at least 30 minutes before drinking - better if decanter is used.
Serve at 18° - 20°C.
