Palate
Bright, fresh, zesty and vibrant, this southern Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc has good mid palate fruit weight and lovely length. A well balanced wine with great intensity and depth of flavours.
Winemaking
Harvested in the cool of night to retain vibrancy and freshness. Crushed, pressed and cold settled with care to preserve the fresh, herbaceous characters. A cool fermentation in stainless steel vats encouraged the development and preservation of the aromatics. Filtered and fined, before being bottled and stored under screw cap to capture and retain it’s freshness.
