Nose
With fresh citrus fruits and chopped herbs on the nose.
Palate
The palate is packed with zesty citrus, gooseberries and tropical fruit notes. Good palate weight and length, this combines richness of fruit with crisp, refreshing acidity.
Winemaking
Blend of 60% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Harvested in the cool of night, the varieties were picked separately at 12 Baume with the fruit reaching the winery at 13 degrees. Crushed, pressed and cold settled with care to preserve the fresh, herbaceous characters. A cool fermentation in stainless steel vats encouraged the development and preservation of the aromatics. The blend was assembled, filtered and fined, before being bottled.
