Palate
Strong tropical flavours of guava and papaya from the Sauvignon Blanc are beautifully complimented by the Semillon and there is a lovely natural acid balance which will allow the wine to develop over time. The wine has structure and balance with a mouth-feel that can only be described as sublime.
