Regional cassis, mulberries and black plums with hints of dried bay leaf
and sandalwood.

Generously structured, plush and focused. Fine velvety tannins frame
an impressive core of dark cassis, red currant and ironstone and a fine
persistent finish.

Growing Conditions

Excellent winter rainfall provided a great start to the
growing season, followed by a warm spring with very little rain.
December and January had a few intermittent showers, but overall had
characteristic warm days and cool nights allowing great flavour, colour and
tannin development.
