and layered with lively aromas of berries, black olive and
subtle oak characters.
Palate
Silky fine tannins giving hallmark Cabernet structure
compliment the fruit and the complex oak aromas.
Growing Conditions
Heavy winter rainfalls prompted early seasonal growth. Warm
weather from December to February set the course for a compressed
vintage. Grapes reached full ripeness with balanced sugar levels and
natural acidity.
