Nose
Lifted notes of citrus and freshly cut grass, lime and guava. Subtle hints
of punchy snow pea, hay and gooseberry.
Palate
Zesty Sauvignon blanc explodes at first taste with lemon peel, kiwi
fruit and passionfruit. Supported with a fabulously juicy core of vibrant lime
and passionfruit Semillon.
Growing Conditions
A very good vintage again for Margaret River white
grapes. Lower yields from inclement weather and flowering in November
allowed intense flavours to develop through a dry and settled December and
January. Very aromatic and vibrant, the wines from 2015 show a lovely natural
balance and core of excellent fruit flavour.
Appearance
Pale clear green with straw hints.
