Nose
Fine and delicate aromatics of lifted strawberry, citrus blossom and toasted
brioche.
Palate
The palate is fine and long showing rich almond meal and fresh citrus
flavours. The small, abundant bead provides a generous and creamy palate.
Winemaking
Fermented in the bottle and aged on lees for a minimum of 18 months.
Appearance
Pale straw.
