Nose
Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of creme de cassis, blackberry tart and cloves with hints of eucalyptus and dark chocolate plus a whiff of cedar.
Palate
Medium to full-bodied with plenty of mouth-filling black fruit and menthol flavors, the palate is well supported by a medium to firm level of grainy tannins and balanced acid before finishing with very good length.
Appearance
Deep garnet coloured with a hint of purple in the rim.
