Nose
Aromas of citrus, white flower, candied orange and hints of pear with subtle spice.
Palate
The palate has beautiful drive, moderate weight and a burst of flavour in the midpalate reaching to the end creating a long length of flavour.

Barrel fermented and then matured with fortnightly battonage for 10 months in new, one and two year old French oak barriques.
