Nose

Lifted aromas of ripe raspberries and red currants, with notes of baked rhubarb.

Palate

The palate is fresh, zesty and uplifting - jam-packed with luscious red berries, crisp Fuji apples and pomegranate. There’s a gorgeous balance between the rounded, sweet fruitbomb of flavours and the soft lime sorbet like acid line yielding a sublime touch of savouriness

Winemaking

An exotic ‘blushed’ French Provence style Rosé, produced exclusively from “free run” juice taken at the de-stemmer and pumped directly to the fermentation tank with no further processing. Unlike a typical Australian Rose, which is left on the skins for 24 hours or more to gain colour, the juice has not been “pressed” and has minimum contact with the skins. This accounts for the delicacy and purity of flavour, luscious “fairy floss” mouth feel and gorgeous, almost fluorescent watermelon-pink colour.
