Nose

A great year for Margaret River Chardonnay has created a sublime purity and intensity of fruit aromas and flavour. Driven by the fruit alone without any oak intervention, the wine displays a fresh with aromas of orange blossom , white peach and nectarines dominating the nose.

Palate

The palete brims with the exotic ripe stone fruit flavours, lovely racy acid and a crisp, dry refreshing finish

Growing Conditions

An outstanding vintage for chardonnay in Margaret River, particularly in the warmer Northern sub-region of Willyabrup, with almost perfect ripening conditions.

Winemaking

The winemaking has been focused exclusively on the premium chardonnay fruit, without any oak intervention. It has been made entirely in stainless steel, with stirring on lees, creating a fresh, vibrant and exuberant wine in the way of contemporary Sauvignon Blanc with outstanding fruit flavour, characters and complexity only a premium Margaret River chardonnay can produce.
