Palate
The palate is generous showing great persistence of soft citrus and textural weight leading a long and structured finish of line and length without undue austerity.
Harvest
Grapes for this wine were hand picked at night at the Powderbark vineyard in the Frankland River region of Western Australia.
Winemaking
Only the clear free run juice was retained and vinified at cool temperatures to capture the pristine varietal flavours and aromas. Settled post fermentation and bottled to retain freshness. Unfined.
