Winemaking

Frankland River Shiraz 67% and Pinot Noir 33% from 20 year old vines, hand harvested, co-fermented and crushed into open top concrete fermenters and left on skins for 8 days. Barrel matured in French oak barriques for 7 months – 25% new, 75% seasoned oak.
