Nose
Beautiful floral and fruity aromas with lifted notes of lemon
blossom, and nettle.
Palate
A complex mouth filling palate displaying intense citrus, guava and
gooseberry flavours. The dry finish is clean and crisp with excellent
length and mouth feel.
Winemaking
The 2008 vintage proved to be an excellent year for our sauvignon
blanc vines, and prompted us to release this beautiful straight
varietal wine. Once crushed, the juice was fermented in both tank
and oak to enhance complexity and texture.
