This is a wine of delicate structure with bright juicy fruit, integrated dusty oak, and subtle underlying earthy notes which add complexity.
Palate
Highly scented aromas of blueberries and plums with subtle oak notes are reflected on the palate in the generous flavours and fine-grained tannins.

Winemaking
Crushed to open fermenters, pressed to tank after 16 days on skins post fermentation, then settled and transferred to barrels, MLF completed in barrel, 18 months barrel maturation in French oak barriques, with 30% new.
