Palate

The palate has a wonderful combination of textures and complex flavours, with the aromas carrying through on the palate to a refined chalky acid finish.

Winemaking

100% fermented and aged in French oak, 25% new. On lees for 8 months, no MLF. Batches kept separate until blending just prior to bottling.

Aging

Up to 10 years.
