Nose
Lifted perfumed Riesling fruit aromas with a hint of lime.
Palate
Genuinely luscious, with fine mouth filling flavours of tropical fruits. Some tangy fruit characters are balanced with plenty of acidity. Well balanced with a mouth-watering sherbet like finish leaves you asking for more.
Winemaking
Very ripe Riesling was cane cut on the vine, leaving the fruit left to dehydrate further. The grapes were harvested, pressed and the clarified juice underwent fermentation that stopped naturally. The wine was clarified and bottled.
Appearance
Pale straw lemon green in the glass.
Food Pairing
Best as an aperitif after a long day.
