A pleasant perfumed bouquet of Sangiovese and oak just there in the background.
Palate
Perfectly balanced savoury flavours of fresh fruit and some potpourri. Acidity balances and holds the wine in check with that subtle oak thrumming in the background to lend some gravity and complexity.

Hand-picked.
Winemaking
Hand-picked grapes were crushed and pressed without a sulphur addition generous (low) free run cut of juice was barrel fermented in one-year old white oak and finished after six months.
Appearance
Pale salmon, tending to coral pink.
Food Pairing
As an aperitif with shortbreads or mandorla dolce.
