Nose
Aromas of fresh lifted spicy fruits, with a hint of bramble.
Palate
Fresh, vibrant with a flavoursome and fruit driven palate that has a touch soft-tropical fruit texture. The palate is clean, crisp with sparkling acidity and a fine savoury, persistent finish.
Winemaking
Swings’ Rose is in the drier savoury style. It has striking pale coral pink colour with freshness and vibrancy of flavour and attendant musk-like aromas. The wine is a blend of Sangiovese, Malbec, and Tempranillo which are ideally suited for rose style wine. They are all sourced entirely from our Margaret River vineyards. Picked in the cool of night, grapes were further chilled with skin contact for several hours, then cold pressed and the clear juice fermented. Bottled early to retain freshness.
