We create exquisite, handcrafted Australian wine from our family vineyard in the Margaret River wine region with plantings dating back to 1978. Each bottle is deliberately and meticulously created – from the delicate balance tasted within each glass, to the touches of family handwriting and messages on our labels. We are honoured to offer you this Margaret River MacAnn Cabernets, named after our founders Mac & Ann and inspired by Aunty May of ex Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande in Bordeaux. Aunty May is why we planted the varieties to produce this blend in 1997. The blend comprises Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Click here to read more about our story with Aunty May. The fermentation was in a combination of open and closed static tanks and was completed in the tank before being pressed off skins at dryness after 12-18 days of skin contact. The wine was then matured for 18 months in about one third new French oak from the forests of Allier and the centre of France. Cheers!

We are continuing to explore in our winemaking, and are excited to offer this 100% Margaret River Cabernet Franc. Single-parcel fruit, with vines planted in 2001. Our Margaret River Cabernet Franc is about perfume and delicacy.

This wine is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon parcels planted in 1978 and 1982. Alongside our Shiraz vines planted back in 1978, the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are the oldest parcels on our family vineyard just 10km east of the actual Margaret River in Western Australia.

It was a Chardonnay from the Margaret River that brought my parents to fall in love with this stunning wine region in Western Australia back in the 1980s, and our own vineyard in the late 90s.

This wine is inspired by all those who touch our lives. Beautiful delicate wine, delightful on its own or paired with food. Our first Margaret River Rosé which was produced from a 0.4ha parcel of Cabernet Franc planted in 2001 with a top up of Merlot planted in 1997. Both plots at our UMAMU Estate vineyard just 10km east of the Margaret River itself, one of Australia's most prized wine regions.

This is our first of the MacAnn Sparkling series. 'MacAnn' is after our founders – my parents Mac & Ann – who discovered the Margaret River in the early 80s and fell in love with our vineyard in 1997. Bursting to say hello and invite you for banter, MacAnn Sparkling is a wine for celebrations and especially when celebrating life.

It is a real privilege to offer you our Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc. My mother's favourite wine (until UMAMU Estate of course!) was a Pavillon Blanc from Chateau Margaux in Bordeaux. So when we started making our own wine in the Margaret River, Western Australia, we just had to produce our own Sauvignon Blanc to emulate it.

We are so happy we got the settings right in the vineyard to produce this Margaret River cane cut from Sauvignon Blanc vines planted in 1987.

We are excited to offer you this Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon from our wine cellar. This is one our favourite Margaret River wines in honour of my mother, Ann. This Cabernet is from our 1997 vines sourced from our family vineyard just 10km east of the actual Margaret River in Western Australia.

Our Sauvignon Blanc parcel was planted in 1987, while our Semillon parcel was planted in 1997. Both vine canopies are well managed in order to improve light interception and hence development of flavours during ripening, while reducing any microclimate humidity. The Sauvignon Blanc parcel is located at 130 metres above sea level – one of the highest in the Margaret River wine region.

This shiraz is produced from single small block vines planted in 1978 with 10 months in French barrels.
