Nose
A bright and inviting perfumed nose with lifted raspberry and dried sage.
Palate
The palate starts off lush with raspberry and cream, a touch of watermelon and dried herbs with a tight, lively cherry acid backbone finishing dry and refreshing making it the perfect accompaniment to mildly spicy dishes and charcuterie.
Winemaking
Produced from selected parcels of free run juice from our red grapes, Primarily Cabernet Franc (90%) but also including Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. The juice was cold settled and transferred to preloved French oak barrels where wild yeasts went to work. Lees stirring has added texture and the wine was lightly filtered to finish the wine. Made to drink now.

Strawberry in colour, with salmon hues.
