Nose
The nose is full of dark cherry and blackcurrant, with lingering spicy notes.
Palate
The palate is rich and intense with mulberries, raspberries and plums. Finely integrated with lovely cedary oak and a touch of dark chocolate, mocha and cigar notes. Great structure, length and wonderfully balanced acidity. The tannins are soft and silky.
Winemaking
Fermented then matured in French Oak for 12 months. Filtered and fined prior to bottling.
