Nose
The nose is full of sweet little black berries, plum and cassis.
Palate
Whilst the palate is pure and silky with red and black berry fruit flavours, vanillin wood spice and fine soft tannins.
Winemaking
60% Cabernet / 40% Merlot. Each were vinified and matured in a combination of oak and stainless steel before the final blend was assembled, fined and filtered.
