Rich texture and length, complex and mineral with a clean complex finish.
Growing Conditions
The 2013 vintage conditions produced wines with great minerality. This is due to the low yields (1.4 tonnes/hectare) and excellent growing conditions during the Chardonnay harvest.
Harvest
This parcel of Chardonnay was harvested on the New Moon, Flower Day, whole bunch pressed into Flower Barrels (barrels harvested and coopered on a Flower Day).
Winemaking
100% for 9 months in new oak. Biodynamic Flower Barrel.
Appearance
Light Straw, green tinges.
