Nose
This wine is full of character with aromas of gooseberry, capsicum, passionfruit, and green bean, interlaced with a barrel ferment complexity.
Palate
The intense palate retains all these characters with the Semillon and barrel ferment portion adding structure, complexity, and enhancing the very long finish.
Winemaking
The grapes for this wine were picked at night to keep the temperature cool and enhance fruit quality and freshness. The wine was fermented in tank with a small portion in new French barriques.
