Treated with a touch of abandonment, the 2nd portion of the 'Super Model' Riesling is pressed into Older French Oak and left in a corner of the winery to ferment and age for a few months

Made by Men with Beards, this Single Vineyard Fiano is 100% Barrel Fermented in Old French Oak, It smells of hope and sea spray with a generous palate and an almost saline silky finish.

This wine didn't want to be picked and didn't want to ferment. However sometimes through adversity comes awesomeness and we have had a hard time not drinking this from the barrel. Full destemmed, wild fermented, old large format oak, full solids and minimal SO2
