The lushness of the mouthfeel and the depth of flavour is testament to the terroir of the site in the acclaimed sub-region of Wilyabrup.
A classic Margaret River cabernet sauvignon with intensity and finesse. Small amounts of Malbec, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc were harvested at the same time and added at fermentation. A perfume of cassis and blue fruits are supported by elegant tannins, soft acidity and a rich texture from maturation of 30% new and 70% used French oak barriques.
Single vineyard, Bordeaux style blend of cabernet sauvignon (80%), malbec (8%), petit verdot (7%) and cabernet franc (5%). A rich, full bodied red with black plum and cherries on the front palate, cradled by a cabernet back bone of classic Margaret River cassis. This wine exemplifies the provenance of this vineyard.
The single vineyard Reserve Chardonnay is made from 100% Gin Gin Clone, hand picked at optimum ripeness and gently whole bunch pressed into French oak barriques where indigenous yeasts completed the fermentation to dryness. A high percentage of grape solids in the pressed juice, wild yeasts and 44% new oak combine to produce a complex wine with exceptional fruit weight, sublime texture and saline acidity.

Single vineyard blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon. Passionfruit, lemon sherbet, lime blossom and subtle leaf aromas entice while the palate is lively with fruit flavours supported by delicate mineral acidity. Partial barrel fermentation in new French oak.
The Reserve is made from the oldest planting of cabernet sauvignon on the property, justified by a depth of flavour and fine tannins. This vintage was co-fermented with a small amount of malbec (8%) to help create a seamless palate. Matured in a combination of 40% new and 60% second use French oak barriques for 12 months. Blackcurrant fruit with earthy graphite mineral overtone: a fragrant bouquet is lifted with cassis and violet aromas.
