Nose
The nose shows pear, yellow nectarine, crushed vanilla bean, cashew and malt.
Palate
The palate follows with pear, peach, nectarine, and some oak char coming through. There are subtle hints of cashew and malt as well. An incredible complex wine with well integrated oak. The palate has great weight and length and finishes clean. This is a fabulously drinkable, incredibly complex wine.
Appearance
Deep straw in colour and in brilliant condition.
