Nose
The nose has great aromatics and shows mango, fig, melon and citrus. There are passionfruit hints. There is a little grassiness as well. The palate follows with fig and mango dominating.
Palate
The palate has considerable length and complexity with a crisp citrus finish. There is a lot in there and this wine will develop with age. This is our first varietal Semillon.
Appearance
Deep straw with green hints and is in brilliant condition.
