Nose
The nose has great aromatics and shows fig, green mango, honeysuckle, citrus and passionfruit. It also shows the distinctive Margaret River cut hay.
Palate
The palate follows with fig, passionfruit and mango dominating. The palate has considerable length with a crisp citrus finish. This is our first Semillon dominant blend and is immediately approachable, but will age very well.
Appearance
pale straw with green hints and is in brilliant condition.
