Nose
Passionfruit, cut grass and a hint of  lime zest soar across the palate of  this long,
fine, crisp dry white.
Winemaking
We selected a number of  parcels of  grapes from primarily the southern areas of  
Margaret River, at a range of  different maturities. Crushed, then pressed into stainless 
steel tank and fermented with a range of  yeasts to deliver a variety of  characters and 
build texture into a deliberately less-tropical wine.
