Nose
The bouquet is full of ripe strawberry and spice aromas, with a
delicate hint of rose petal and violet.
Palate
The rich palate is filled with luscious strawberry and cherry
flavours, carrying through to a refreshingly dry finish.
Winemaking
Rosa is a rose style wine, named after our location in Rosa Glen. It
is made with a blend of free run and pressed juices from our shiraz
and cabernet sauvignon grapes. For the pressed component, the
grapes were chilled, and left on skins for approximately 24 hours
before being pressed off and allowed to settle. The blended juices
were then cold fermented in stainless steel tank.
Appearance
Crimson-pink .
Food Pairing
Delicious as an aperitif. The perfect accompaniment for a summer
picnic or barbeque.
