A bold example of Cabernet Franc showing notes of currents, cassis and cherry with hints of oak. A mouth filling wine on the palate that has both balance and structure with textural tannins and a lasting finish. A lovely example of the variety.

Notes of green apple, combine with underlying hints of lime and grapefruit. With a complex layered nose this is a well-balanced wine that maintains its fruitiness with a dry rounded acidity & has developed beautifully in the bottle.

This wine is tropical & punchy. Notes of lychee and dried apricots on the nose are matched with a palate showing plenty of fruit weight & texture.

A lovely dessert wine or aperitif, this fortified Verdelho is the result of careful & loving handling creating a big fruity & luscious liqueur.

Made with Shiraz from our Dawson Gully vineyard and fortified with spirit distilled from our own wines, this Porto style wine is smooth and velvety with a warming finish. Enjoy with dark chocolate or cheese by the fire.

The Semillon is fermented and matured in the barrel. With notes of lemon zest and dried apricots, the palate is rich and creamy with broad acidity. This wine can be enjoyed now but will benefit from lengthy cellaring.

The bouquet shows notes of apple and melon with hints of vanilla. The palate is creamy and mouth filling with a nice length of acidity that lingers bringing a firm structure to the wine.
