full, blanced palate, and a long crisp finish.
A cooler moderate summer allowed slow
ripening conditions for white wines while
retaining high natural acidity. Flavour
development was good with a natural acid
balance. Finished the season slightly cooler,
resulting in clean, crisp and elegant white
wines.
Barbecued prawns, greek salad or lemon-mint
risotto.
