a crisp balanced mid palate style whilst retaining the
distinctive herbaceous aroma achievable from vines
grown on our Sheldrake vineyard in Pemberton.
Growing Conditions
Exceptional ripening conditions for white wines
with a consistent flavour development and a natural
acid balance. The season finished slightly cooler,
resulting in clean, crisp and elegant white wines.
Food Pairing
Barbecued prawns, greek salad or lemon-mint
risotto.
