Nose
Oaked in new French barrels for seven months. Pale straw colour with green hues, white peach, nashi pear and some grapefruit on the nose, with hints of toast and brioche notes.
Palate
Crisp acidity with a refreshing grapefruit like drive on the palate, minerally and not too oaky, well balanced.
