Let's roll in the hay with this little Chardonnay from our block in Wallcliffe. Naturally famred dry grown, hand picked & whole bunch pressed direct to a lovely larger than life demi-muid barrel (600L) plus a couple of barriques & a terracotta pot. Wild fermented & 100% natural malo. Racked once to bottle with minimal sulpur. No additives, fining nor filtration.
