Dry grown from our single vineyard little block in Wallcliffe. Hand harvest & basket pressed straight into the amphora pots. Wild ferment & natural malo. Hand bottled direct from pots, sealed under cork with wax top. No finings, no adds, no filtration, no pumping, no gas, no nothing really just a lotta love. Only very minimal sulphur at the bottling process to ensure no bottle variation & to eliminate any oxygen pick up.
