The one & only orginal SKINNIE is made from Sauvignon Blanc that was hand harvested in the early hours of the morning, crushed directly into amphoras & open bins. Wild fermented, hand plunged daily & left on skins to macerate from 6 weeks up to 5 months. Racked once, to blend & bottle. No additives, finings nor filtration. Sans sulphur.
